Aluminum Swivel Liquidtight Connector,
Liquitight conduit fittings for corrosive environments
For corrosive environments: food & beverage processing, petrochemical
plants, wastewater treatment, and pulp & paper mills. These liquid tight
fittings reduce frequent replacements, downtime and save costs. Most
suitable for use with liquid tight flexible metal conduits, braided liquid
tight conduits for industry wiring applications where there is a lot of
vibration and movement. |
Flexible
metallic liquidtight conduits are constructed using a convoluted,
heavy-duty galvanised steel core. A packing material is added to the
convolutions of the core to improve performance. Finally, a smooth
jacket is extruded over the steel core to give protection and improve
flexing properties. Flexible metallic liquidtight conduits
provide an
excellent protection for
electrical cables against:
* aggressive media
*
pressure loads *
moisture and liquid * chemicals and oil
*
dust and pollution *
extreme temperatures |

Liquid Tight Conduit Fittings
SEMI produces a range of liquid tight conduit fittings
specifically designed to maintain system integrity and IP rating
including fixed and swivel fittings, straights, 90 degrees, and 45
degrees connectors.

Braided Flexible Metal Conduit System is
widely used to counter mechanical stress and is highly flexible, and it is
resistant against tensile stresses and transverse pressure. Braided
flexible conduit also offers excellent protection against hot metal particles, and
immunity from electromagnetic interference. Braided flexible steel conduits
are most suitable for use in Hazardous Locations, industrial environments
and high temperatures wiring applications. A
range of high quality fittings and connectors are specifically designed
to maintain the flexible braided conduit system integrity including fixed and
swivel fittings, straights, 90 and 45 degrees. |
